- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I would recommend this location to anyone. I travel often and use FedEx office and UPS stores to prepare presentations and have them mailed. I was operating on a tight schedule and the workers here went above and beyond to ensure I had EVERYTHING I needed, helped me prepare my presentation, and even GAVE me their office supplies because they were out of stock. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I gave them a package to return to the sender and asked them if I needed to pay a shipping fee and/or get a new tracking number. Once I was told no and I was good to go, I left. It has since been 3 weeks and the sender has not received my package therefore they cannot refund me. I called UPS multiple times and they cannot do anything about it nor have they apologized or tried to fix the problem/make up for it. Therefore I lost $120 since they lost my package. Do NOT trust UPS to return your packages. They cannot seem to keep track of their packages, even the most expensive ones.By Sydney Borgschulte, October 06, 2016
