- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Please reconsider if your plan to use, or have used, Moon Accouting Services. This firm filed my 2012 Federal and State returns. 3 weeks after the filing, I received a letter from the state stating that I owed $42 in taxes, when Moon had submtted the return, and informed me, that I would be receiving a $1200 refund. Moon was very unapolagetic about the whole situation and refused to refund even a portion of the fee I had paid them. We have accountants file our taxes to avoid letters from the various revenue collection agenceis. Moon wasn't even close on my return for the state.
